Withdraw from contract here

If you are a consumer you can withdraw from a contract concluded on our website right here — no login and no account needed. At the end we send you a confirmation of receipt by e-mail.

Information on the right of withdrawal

1. Right of withdrawal. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, inform us of your decision to withdraw by an unambiguous statement (for example by post or e-mail) at: Marek Cibulka, Komjatná 551, 034 96 Komjatná, Slovakia; tel. 0944 608 432; e-mail support@mvsoftware.eu. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you do not have to.

The withdrawal period is met if you send your withdrawal statement before the withdrawal period has expired (i.e. on or before the last day).

2. Effects of withdrawal. If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments you made in connection with the conclusion of the contract, no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice, using the same means of payment you used originally (unless you expressly agree otherwise), at no cost to you.

3. Loss of the right of withdrawal for digital content. If, when ordering, you expressly consented to immediate supply of the digital content before the withdrawal period ended, declared that you had been informed that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal once supply begins, and we sent you the confirmation of the contract containing your consent and declaration, you lose the right of withdrawal at the moment we begin to supply the digital content (when your licence key and download access are made available). If any of these did not happen, your right of withdrawal is not lost.

Submitting this function records your declaration and sends you a confirmation by e-mail. It does not by itself confirm that a withdrawal right applies to your specific purchase, and it is not the same as cancelling a subscription or requesting a refund — see our Terms of Service, section 12, and our Refund Policy for how those work.
